I went out on the Mississippi with my neighbor John, up near the Chain of Rocks Bridge, to see if we could find a few blues. John figured it was a good day, seeings how the water was low and clear. We put out about 25 jugs with cut bait and caught 4 blues, this picture being the biggest one. We figured he went 45-50 lbs. Beautiful fish! It was the first time I ever trot line fished so it was a really fun experience. Another awesome day on the water....till next time.
